Power Breakfast

1. Greek Yoghurt
2. Cold Milled Flax Seeds
3. Black Chia Seeds
4. Raw Hemp Seeds
5. Organic Frozen Blueberries
6. Chopped Raw Almonds
7. Raw Honey
8. Cinnamon

This delicious nutrient-packed power breakfast is full of omega-3 essential fatty acids, fiber, lignans, antioxidants such as Tryptophan, protein, vitamins and minerals, probiotics, and a myriad of other nutrients which I will discuss in further detail later.  This breakfast will help your digestion improve, aid in weight loss, increase sustainable energy, improve cholesterol and control blood sugar levels.  Enjoy!
